WARRANTY POLICY
At Antallia Enterprises Inc., doing business as Genova Industrial Products, we provide robust warranty coverage to ensure customer satisfaction and support for our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
Standard Warranty Coverage
All products except Flat Panel PC and Embedded Box PC categories, come with a 12-month standard manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment to you.
Flat Panel PC and Embedded Box PC categories, come with a 36-month standard manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment to you.
Our warranty includes:
- System repair, including labor and replacement of components due to manufacturing defects.
- Re-installation of the original operating system (OS) if necessary.
- Return shipment to the customer after the repair is completed.
- Free of Charge Product Change if the product received has manufacturing or system defects.
Warranty services are tied to the product's serial number and order number.
Order Processing and Repairs
We aim to ensure timely repairs and efficient processing for all warranty claims:
- If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue remotely, please initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Once approved, we send a return label for you to ship the product to the designated location.
- For issues that cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement or issue credit to the customer.
Note: Warranty does not cover defects resulting from the use of peripheral equipment not obtained from us.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover the following instances:
- Physical damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage due to repairs by unauthorized personnel.
- Improper Usage: Use of the product outside of its approved environment, exposure to sunlight (unless explicitly approved), or any non-standard usage.
- Firmware modifications
Warranty Disqualifications
A product may be disqualified from warranty coverage under the following conditions:
- User Modifications: Attempted repairs, firmware modifications, or any unauthorized alterations void the warranty.
- Product Choice Errors: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product specifications (e.g., memory capacity, color, screen size). Carefully review the product descriptions before purchase.
- Unapproved Returns: Returns not authorized through the RMA process or any written confirmations will not qualify for warranty service.
- Expired Warranty: Products beyond the warranty period are not eligible for warranty claims.
Non-Returnable Instances
In the following cases, warranty claims or compensation may not be provided:
- Refusal or failure to accept delivery of shipped items.
- Returned items damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
- Returns of unwanted or incorrectly ordered products.
Process for Warranty Claims (RMA)
For any warranty claims, please follow these steps:
- Initiate an RMA: Contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping any items.
- Include Documentation: Wherever possible, include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip as proof of warranty.
- Ship Products in Secure Packaging: Use original packaging or equivalent to protect the product during transit.
Please note that improper packaging, missing serial numbers and order numbers may void the warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Service
For products outside the warranty period, we offer repair services and parts replacements. Customers will receive a cost estimate in advance for any repairs beyond warranty coverage.
Liability Disclaimer
Data Responsibility: We disclaim any responsibility for the loss of data. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data before sending a product in for repairs.
