Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The shipping cost of the returned product belongs to our company. Opening the outer packaging of the product will not have a negative impact in case of return.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it or slightly used maybe for testing purpose.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@genovaindustrial.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You can mail it or drop it off at the specified FedEx locations.

Damages and Issues
